MELLOW - A white wine alternative (case of 6)

A non-alcoholic alternative to white wine.

This blend exudes sophistication, drawing inspiration from the mellowness of honey wax infused into our brew. Nestled between the realms of an elegant light oak Chardonnay and the honey sweetness of a Sauternes, this drink reveals a one-of-a-kind flavour profile crafted for relaxed, leisurely enjoyment.

The base, made from organic Irish apple and Chardonnay juice infused with roasted Jerusalem artichokes, gives depth and complexity to the brew. We wash our base with native Irish beeswax to give it elegance, a soft sweetness and a buttery mouth feel. To ease the acidity from the apple and the sweetness of the artichoke we add a touch of Achill Island Sea Salt and tonka beans which brings the infusion to a new dimension of taste.

Ingredients
Irish apples, Chardonnay, toasted Jerusalem artichoke, Tonka beans,  native Irish black bee summer beeswax, finished with Achill Island Sea Salt.

Pairing Notes
Pair with roast chicken, mussels, shellfish and light root vegetable dishes. Drinks beautifully on its own or as an alternative to glass of white wine.
