A non-alcoholic alternative to a full-bodied red wine.
An infused blend of remarkable complexity, named for the intricate tartness of our aronia berries, whose natural tannic expression forms the backbone of the profile. Sitting somewhere between the depth of a complex Syrah the vibrant fruit of a Cabernet Franc, this drink offers a truly unique flavour designed to be savoured slowly.

Our base begins with Irish aronia berries, slowly infused with our house blend of black tea and Szechuan pepper to build depth and length. After infusion, elderberry and raw merlot grape juice is added to introduce generous fruit tones. The brew is then finished with sharp elderberries to lift the acidity and create a rounded, satisfying mouthfeel.

Pairing Notes
Pair with roasted root vegetables, game, stew, steak or aged cheese

Also savours beautifully on its own as an alternative to a full-bodied red wine.
